About Artivana Archive
Artivana Archive is a curated home for handmade objects selected for craft, material presence and lasting form.
We begin with a deliberately small collection rather than a broad catalog. The first archive focuses on hand-carved and hand-painted marble pieces made in India: objects chosen for the work visible in their surfaces, openwork and painted detail.
Artivana is not built around anonymous mass inventory. Each listing identifies the material, technique and origin we can verify, and we avoid inventing maker stories or provenance that has not been confirmed.
Natural veining, slight tonal shifts and small differences in carving or brushwork are part of handmade stone craft. They are expected characteristics of the object, not manufacturing defects.
Crafted to transcend time.
