Returns & Damages

We want each Artivana piece to arrive as represented and in good condition.

Damage or incorrect item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact hello@artivanaarchive.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, protective packing and outer carton. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Other returns

For an unused item you wish to return for another reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. The piece must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Return authorization and the correct return address are required. Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping and any related carrier charges are the customer's responsibility.

Handmade variation

Natural marble veining, tone and minor differences in hand carving or hand painting are expected and are not considered defects when the item otherwise matches its listing.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after an approved damage claim is completed. Bank processing times may vary.
